When we think of autism, we usually imagine a child unable to communicate or relate with others. But autism can also affect children and adults of any age. This course will take you on a journey through the spectrum of autism and teach you everything you need to know about it. From understanding what it is to its causes and symptoms, this course will give you a deeper understanding of ASD so that you can recognise the signs and symptoms in your child or friend so that they can get the help they need. In addition, this course will cover life skills such as communication, socialisation, sensory processing and thinking skills.
