The content covers assessment and risk management, basic lifesaving skills, first aid for minor injuries, and traumatic injury management.

First aid for minor injuries covers the most common types of injuries at work. It includes tips on how to treat cuts, bruises, and burns.

Finally, traumatic injury management deals with incidents that result in serious physical harm or death.
