Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) Blended Part Two (EFAW)
About the Course
Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) blended part 2 is for those who have already completed the online part. If your risk assessments at work have indicated that you do not need a fully trained first aider then this is an appropriate course for you.
The course content meets the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2017 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2017 changes. Our Vocational Training Qualifications (VTQ) are fully recognised by the HSE as Trade Body Qualifications.
Since May 2016 the HSE and Awarding Organisations have allowed blended training(online and person to person training) and meets the HSE and Awarding Body standards. You will be able to learn the theory part at your own pace( 2 hour long online training) and complete the 4 hour training in face to face teaching. A refresher course is a HSE recommendation and you can do this via our online course.
You will meet the minimum age of 14 to sit the course.
