About the Course
What is the aim of the FAQ Level 3 Award for First Responders on Scene? Emergency First Responder (RQF) is to provide first responders with the skills, knowledge and understanding to provide the appropriate care to a casualty prior to the arrival of an ambulance
This qualification meets Category E on the FPHC PHEM Skills Framework:
Nationally certificated non-healthcare professional pre-hospital provider caring for patients as a primary role may give medication such as more specialist UKSAR trained personnel, some military personnel and some D13 Specialist certificated police officers.
SIA approved for security operatives.
This is the complete classroom version of the course. In addition, we provide a blended option in which you may attend a shorter classroom session after finishing half of the video online training session.
The goal of the RQF First Responder (RQF) qualification is to provide first responders with the competencies, expertise, and comprehension to offer appropriate treatment to a patient before an ambulance arrives.
Scene safety and patient assessment in life-threatening emergencies, illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries will all be covered under this qualification. Individuals who work or want to provide immediate emergency care are also targeted with this course. The FPHC PHEM Skills Framework categorizes this qualification as Category C.
Nationally certificated pre-hospital responder (use of airway adjuncts & oxygen) e.g. Community First Responder.
