Do you want to know the essentials of First Aid, preparing you to deal with emergencies at work?
Are you already working or want to work within industry wishing to become an Emergency First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (NI) 1982 including the 2017 updates?
The scope of your course topics covers the roles and responsibilities of the Emergency First Aider, assessing an incident, recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness and assisting a casualty who is suffering from injury and illness. You will be assessed through oral, written test paper and practical session.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements.
You must complete an annual first aid refresher as per HSE recommendation, you can do this with our online course.
